Not so great run today.
I didn't want to go at all. It wasn't being sleepy - I woke up without a problem, but I just didn't want to run. But I did. I added some distance, but walked more than I would like to admit. I went around the Junell center today in addition to the two miles I was doing. It's probably a quarter to half a mile added.
Anyway, this makes one solid week of training without skipping a day. That's good. Isn't three weeks when something becomes a habit?
