When I opened the garage this morning, a gray sprinkly world was waiting. I stood there for a minute, trying to decide if I should go and get wet or try for later.
I went. I mean, it was just a sprinkle. And it actually felt pretty great.
I ran the two miles I've been doing, ran the entire first mile in 9:41 and the second in 10 something. It felt good. My two mile marker is a stop sign. I think the sign gets farther away as I run towards it somehow. It's ridiculous.
I like getting out early in the morning. It's nice to start my day with so much energy.
